2day earli in the morning,go 2 st.john activity....
after jogging.....,start training according squod,den v train basic skill n etc....
but suddenly i felt no mood jor,den i train wif a bad mood....no mood 2 train,no mood 2 do anything....:(
12.30~activity end,den go bck home lu.....b4 going bck home,go 2 eat chicken rice..
when reach home,after taking bath,den on9....
coz of vr tired,so i sleep 15 mins....
den taking bath again....
after my dad cum bck,i go 2 jj,maluri 2 attend a birthday celebration at KFC.....
afte eating,go 2 play game.....^^

around 8.30,my dad cum n fetch me,den v shopping at the shopping centre....
after tat,go bck home lu....
den,v watching movie 2gether
after watching,go sleep lu....(around 1a.m.)
